Easy even for a noviceThis was my first time ever of permanently colouring my hair so wasn't sure what to expect. The instructions were easy to follow and the colour was near perfect to my natural colour. Wrong colorThe color was darker than my natural hair color and darker than I had wanted to go. When they suggested the personalized color, I thought it might be too dark but I went along with it as I had never used the product before and didn't what my color was. It did cover all my whites but I don't like how dark my hair is now. I don't know how to go lighter after going darker than what I am naturally.
