Super-damaging!I'm on third round of esalon's hair dye and while I was pleased with the colour I have noticed that my hair have been super-damagedm by these products! I've coloured my hair for years, but I've never tried something so damaging: now I have to cut my hair of at least 8 cms cause it's so full of split ends! color not rightI was so extremely disappointed in my results. The color I asked for was "lighter rather than dark". I even sent a picture. My hair is so dark, auburn I guess. Not what I wanted. Love eSalon!I wanted a slight alteration in the custom color by eSalon. I corresponded with the master colorist and was sent a new formulation that was exactly what I wanted (I wanted a little more red added in). MUST TRY TO LOVE IT!!!I LOVE the customer service and how they work with you to change the color tone to your desire. The product it self has held up. I would Love it more if they had an offer of double the amount because of the thickness and length of my hair I need more than the average sent and I'm sure there are others that would appreciate a continual SPECIAL rate with more quantity to cover such needs.
