something differentI have been a happy customer for several years, but this color seemed different. First, I had asked for a little lighter, and it doesn't seem to be lighter at all (not a deal breaker) but the product seemed different. It was drippier than usual, but then when it was time to wash it out, it took forever! It just wouldn't wash out! I used the whole tube of shampoo supplied (usually just use half) and then I had to use my own shampoo and rewash again. I still feel a little sticky in one spot on my head. Underwhelmed 1st experienceFrom the shipping notice that took at least seven days to actually be able to track it, to the fact that the color I received is absolutely nothing like what I expected, to the average quality of the results, I'm underwhelmed - especially for the price.
