Not crazy about the new packagingThe new packaging sucks! The color leaked. The toner bottle I couldn't get tight enough I guess and it was coming up out of the neck. It's a big bummer. The shampoo and conditioner packets are way harder to open especially with wet hands. Fantastic!I had my doubts as with all home colours. I was slightly put off by doing my roots separately to my ends in case it went wrong! However I was pleasantly surprised with how simple it was and love the final finish it looks completely natural and glossy I love the colour they couldn’t of done better in a salon! Love this product!I picked my color, added a photo, and my colorist adjusted it to be a better match for the look I wanted and it came out absolutely perfect!! So easy and fast! I had so many compliments on how nice the color looked in the sun...not brassy or dull. My hair doesn’t hold color very well, but this product has held up better than most professional jobs. Great colorI did my color today I loved the application it was really easy. To my preference I think it may be a little darker that usual we will see how long the actual color last since this is my first application I am unable to tell that part. The shampoo and conditioner was an awesome product. Hope it comes in larger sizes. My hair feels like good hair again. It is really by far the best hair color I have ever used. No gray strands great coverage. I may adjust to a lighter shade on the next go round.
