Quick and easy!I recently tried this product for the first time. I absolutely love how easy the directions we're to follow. The whole process only took about 45 minutes from start to finish. My color looks flawless and you can't even tell I previously had my hair bleached. Last step is hard...I really like my color, and the color specialists are GREAT to work with, but the last step of mixing the water in with the color and then rubbing it in for a couple minutes it really MESSY. Did not cover my gray as much as previousThe color was ok. I like a little more vivid color. This color seems drab and did not cover my gray as well as previous color. Did Not Get What ai RequestedI sent a message to eSalon weeks before my order shipped asking for the addition of more red to my color. I got a response saying my message had been received almost at immediately. The note from the colorist said “Adjusted tone” in my shipment. I’d requested the tone adjustment on the prior color.
