La couleur qu'il me fautJ'ai essayé plusieurs couleurs pendant 2-3 ans et je n'arrivais pas à trouver celle qui me convenait. Mais à présent c'est le cas, après quelques ajustement, j'ai une couleur qui me ressemble et ça fait du bien ! Roots have been saved!I originally received color that did not color my grays. Then received a package that had leaked dye all over itself, when I received the new color. I finally received the correct color. The team here helped me without question and made sure I was satisfied. Waste of MoneyThe price of shipping is outrageous! It says 3 days shipping but mine has always been late and my last shipment was over 2 weeks late! Trying to get into contact with customer service is nearly impossible, I couldn't find a contact email on the website I had to google it and so far it's been 4 days with no response. You don't get much colour either, the bottle will only do my roots each time.
