It might be better to know your color needs before using eSalonMy first experience was not good. Color was too dark for me. Second try was about the same. I guess I'm not very good at explaining what I want, because I'm not even close to getting the right color. Bummer. I really , really wanted to love this. Love my color 💜I am so glad that I became a member of esalon! I started to get grey hair when I was 19 years old. I am now 46 and have used boxed color and gone and paid big bucks at salons. I have to say that using esalon has made my hair look fantastic every time. The colorists are easy to talk to and extremely helpful and nice. Exactly What I WantedMy roots & ends turned out perfect. A rich chocolate color that I was hoping for that didn't make the top of my head look red, blended amazingly. The salon couldn't even do this good!My hair is naturally curly so I avoid the salon as much as I can. Every hair technician wants to straighten my hair. ALL OF THEM try to straighten my hair! This company asks for exactly what I want, how often, and what will do my hair best. Extremely cheaper than going to the salon and the directions are simple. A few bucks more than over-the-counter hair coloring kits, you get personal professional color at your doorstep. I swear you will never go anywhere to do your hair coloring.
