Color was easy!eSalon sent detailed instructions. My husband jumped in and followed them and the color turned out beautiful!! I would've rather had it two shades lighter... I did talk to a stylist and get this done and my next auto ship will be a lighter shade, The consultant on the phone was professional and knowledgeable about the products and understood what I wanted. Who knew they do highlights, also?!? This consultant was on top of hair game and explained the options I had. Loved the personnel touch!! My custom colorThis color has been better than the one my hairdresser has been using. It covers grey better and doesn’t fade! I love it. I love E-Salon***EDIT The colorists are wonderful. They know exactly what's best. I wanted dark brown with plum. What they sent was EXACTLY what I wanted. THANK YOU!!! I love the colorists at E-Salon. When I tell you that their job cannot be easy, I am not exaggerating. I recently sent them pictures of my hair and asked them to match it, so I could die my roots. Good gray coverageCovered my gray hair better than Madison Reed. No reddish cast. Just darker than I expected. I wish it came with a plastic cap to wear while the color is setting.
