Fantastic ServiceI am very pleased with the results of my colour, it turned out great, the instructions were very easy to follow and the colour kit was excellent with the little extras like the stain guard and stain remover. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars, is that my root colour needed to be a slight bit darker, but it still looks good, it would just mean a bit more darker on my roots for next time. Happy with my color and the customer service I received.This is my third package from eSalon. I was not pleased with the adjustment made in my second color, and the colorists were great about fixing the issue. Happy with productI have used it 3 times and found both the product and the instructions work well. They are responsive when i ask for a delay in mixing/sending the hair color and the packaging is really beautiful. In fact I look for ways to reuse the bags and boxes. When COVID-19 concerns keeps you from going out, little things like luxury packaging are suddenly meaningful. No more Grays! No more Brassy tonesI have used this for 3 colorings so far. My friends can't believe I'm not going to a salon for my coloring. The first try didn't take away the grays so I was given the advice to leave on for 50 mins rather than 30 and it works.
