Love the color.I think the strawberry blonde color is rich and beautiful. I followed the directions to the letter but have to admit doing just the roots first is difficult for me especially in the back of my head. I have a few places which I did not get covered properly so I will have to work harder to ensure I do not miss any roots. Thinking of having my sister do the roots next time. Very unhappy with the colourI ordered blonde with copper undertones, and to ensure I followed all steps correctly I got my sister over to do it for me. We followed all steps to a T but once she had dried it and I saw the colour I was so upset. I'm literally ginger, no blonde at all and its so dark compared with my own colouring. It is awful and will be worse once my roots start coming through which don't take very long as my hair grows really fast. Love my colourSo easy to use and beautiful natural colour! Great delivery and prompt replying to all questions. Do not like the conditioner, made my hair really greasy ( took 6 washes to remove !) wish we had an option not to have shampoo/ conditioner as it just go’s in the bin ? Love this service!My colorist adjusted my color from my original order and I am so glad she did. That is what makes this so amazing! They will not let you get it wrong! Everyone has complemented me on my new hair color. I was scared going in because I have not colored my hair in years. I am too frugal to pay $200 for hair color at the salon and now I am glad I didn't. I would feel dumb now. This is so simple to do as well. The instructions were clear and easy to read and my color only took 30 min to process.
