Love the color but what a mess to apply.The color was darker than expected but I am thrilled just the same. Took me out of my comfort zone and I am better for it. I am not sure how subsequent kits are going to manage to keep this color going. It is too soon to know how much the dark color will fade. The product is runny and messy. Yikes. Did anyone read my requests?When signing up for the service, I specifically noted that I wanted to avoid gold and red colors in my hair (they make me look like a corpse). I received medium blonde hair color, and guess what? It is full of gold and red tones. In fact, when I look at the pictures of women in the salon advertising materials, they all have red and gold tones in their hair. What was I thinking?! No more for me. AWESOMEThis was the EXACT color I've always wanted but never been quite able to get! Love the stain guard and the stain remover and the fact I can choose if I want to brush on the application or use directly from the bottle. I don't have a bad thing to say about this.
