love the color and shineI finally had the chance to use my color and can't believe the shine and softness of my hair. I love the color and it did a great job of covering my roots. Now I'll be curious to see how long I can go before needing to reapply and whether the color will fade or stay vibrant. Professional lookMy husband helped me as it was my first attempt and we had a great time with it since the directions were clear. The product is nice BUT adjusting it just wasnt right for meThe product is a good quality although a bit pricey. Coming autoship was very handy. But getting adjustments done was poor. Seems once you put color on your hair, that is it. You cant adjust it lighter, only darker according to what I was told. I know my salon has lightened my hair so it cant be impossible but they cant do it here (?). I stopped shipments and am going back to my salon.
