could not fault!! Very professionalFirst time ever dying my hair at home so i was very nervous. Firstly the box came and the packaging was so cute! They add lots of personal touches which i found fab. The instructions were very easy to follow for a beginner. The colour itself is fab exactly what i needed and my hair looks very healthy,natural and doesnt look box dyed at all. Best Color EVERi love this darker color. I had some difficulty with the two-step coloring process. My two steps ran together. But i love the color. For my next order I would love to have the same color in only one step. I have not yet had a chance to ry the root touch-up. I just colored a week ago. Yellow hair!Wanted medium ash blonde. got yellow on natural gray roots and dark with red cast on bottom. followed instructions-no ash detected. went to salon next day for correction.
