Love my Color!I had requested a different color when I first signed up and the color experts suggested a different shade for me. I am so glad I went with their recommendation. Need to change colorDo not want Dark Brown want Medium Brown is this possible ? Natural looking. Stubborn greys a problem.Been using eSalon color and will never go back to department store color. Been having issues with stubborn greys showing up 2 weeks after coloring. Last month again. had to use 1 full can of grey away to cover greys around hairline (temple areas top of hairline). End of 3rd week and through 4th week for color fading as well. Didn't work for meI wanted to have a color similar to my natural hair color, but with redder tones - I am a natural dark blonde and I wanted a strawberry blonde. My hair is now a light shade of brown instead. I do not see any red tones and ended up with a darker color than my natural hair color. I followed the instructions and washed my hair after 30 minutes.
