C+ on coverage lifeThe hair color specialist did a great job matching my natural hair color and it covered my greys very well without making my hair look dull. It's been roughly 1 month since I've applied the hair color and my greys are showing again. I don't think I over wash my hair and I'm careful to use color-safe products (sulfate free) so this is why I'm giving it a just average rating. Color Me Impressed!I'm one of those women that prefers my natural hair color. As a natural red head, I've always wanted to stay that way...and then 40 happened. My hair started doing the partial "turn white thing" we do at this age, which aged me about a decade. So to the salon I went...looking to only cover the gray and nothing more (I love when I color my hair and no one notices). For over 5 years, I tried numerous salons (in big cities and small) with the same results. The color was NEVER right. I'd get so irritated. The stylist would leave it on too long or get the color wrong all together and the first thing everybody would say after I left the salon was..."oh, you dyed your hair". UGH! I paid how much for that?! Then I stumbled upon eSalon one day after such a salon experience. I was desperate for something that would work! And I've been so amazed at the way my stylist has been able to hit the nail on the head with what I'm after. It's a learning curve (don't leave it on too long but gotta get those grays covered) but, once you get the hang of it, it's beyond worth it! I go to the salon now for a cut...and that's it. My color is the same every time I use the product. And I never hear "you dyed your hair"!! Beautiful color but doesn't cover all of my grays.The color is stunning. I love it. However, my gray hairs are actually white and about ten of them were not dyed at all. Easy to useThe kit was easy to use and once applied it did not drip. I had a little fright when I looked in the mirror before I rinsed as it looked black, of course once rinsed it was blonde. First time :successFirst time I ordered your product I needed to colour my roots after having had my colour & highlights at my hairdresser after 2 weeks! Cannot go every 2 weeks therefore gave a go at your products went to your website & follow the instructions (description if my hair needs photo etc After a couple of weeks received your products :open the box read the instructions closed the box ! I was nervous w”what if it messes my hair lots of negative thoughts A week later needed my roots to look impeccable so I tried. I was amazed by the results it really looks like it was done professionally. I used only half the tint product hopefully I will use the balance when I need it next. Love itI really like the two colors one for the roots and one for the lengths. I’m so happy not just one flat color for the whole hair. Produkt ist prima - Geschäftspraxis weniger!Ich habe den eSalon über eine Online-Promotion entdeckt und zu Sonderkonditionen ausprobiert. Eine Einzelbestellung (ist sehr klar und einfach gekennzeichnet auf der Webseite, keine Missverständnisse möglich - Super, dachte ich...) aufgegeben und bestätigt bekommen. Produkt kam zügig, hübsch verpackt mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nett. ABER einige Wochen später bekomme ich eine Email und zeitgleiche Paypal-Abbuchung (die ich NICHT authorisiert hatte): "blablabla, Abo!". Als ich mich telefonisch beschwerte wurde das Geld sofort zurückgebucht, ohne Diskussion - aber mir die Schuld zugeschoben.
