Not my desired colorI'm considered a "natural red head" but my natural color is kind of a strawberry blondish brown...? I really wanted to have a copper orange red. So I went with Intense Copper... but ended up with just an auburn red, with copper orange-ish hue when the sun hits it....... :( I've never been able to achieve the color I desire... I was really hoping by trying this with a "personalized colorist" and adding my picture of my natural color I'd get a better match. It's not all for not... ProductI don’t know what is in the color to do this but I am having a very hard time rinsing it out. it’s almost like a Vaseline consistency. I have to literally scrape it out of my hair with my nails. Not for meI'm not happy with this system. I can get the same thing for less money at the drugstore. Furthermore, I was under the impression I made a one-time purchase. And wanted to wait in see if I planned to continue. The results were unremarkable. And now you claim I'm on a 4-week plan and you have made the cancellation buttons hard to find. Loved the whole experience!The ordering was quick and easy. There were so many detailed choices for personalized color which made the process feel very individualized and unique for me. The package arrived within a few days, and included everything needed to make hair coloring at home a satisfying experience. Some details I appreciated: the odor was pleasant, not overbearing like drugstore brand colors; the formula was thick enough that it didn't drip like other brands do; the step by step instructions with diagrams were helpful; the two pairs of non-latex gloves, stain guard, stain remover, and shampoo and conditioner were the little extras that made the kit feel special; the packaging itself was even nice! End results: soft, shiny hair, covered my grays, and I love the color! WowI am thrilled. I don't have that much gray, just at the temples, but my colorist was highlighting my hair with bleach, not tints. We started with tints and somehow it ended up bleach and she never brushed it over the gray, so my gray still showed, but I had bleachy hair. My hair has been fried looking due to the harshness of the chemicals. Now.... my hair color looks exactly like it did when I was a young girl, it is shiny, it is healthy looking and I still have my highlights around my face as the gray went lighter than the rest. It doesn't look colored, it just looks like me and I look years younger. The match on the color and what I wanted was absolutely perfect. Whoever did it, you are good. Absolutely love itCannot believe how great this product is and that I did it at home. The color is fabulous, never seen so many different color highlights before. My hair was so soft and silky. There was NO horrible smell. I am a cancer patient so that was one reason why I tried this product. Totally love the color. This color makes me look and feel younger. Thank you for this product. From fearful to fabulousFrankly, I was afraid when the kit arrived. It took me months to pull away from "the little box." But I needed a better option...the grey was becoming too apparent and I just didn't have time to go to my hairdresser who is more than 1 hour away. And so, finally, I did it.
