did not try color, they adjusted what I orderedI ordered something to take my light brown, reddish hair darker. They adjusted it, and I agreed, but there was no way of seeing what they adjusted it to, so I trusted them. It arrived and it is plain dark brown, matte. I cannot change my light brown, reddish hair to almost black overnight. I also do not want something that looks so dead, I chose something with some shine to it. My custom color was not even close to my hair color.I sent a picture of my color when I first sent in a order to try and the custom color isn't even close. I have been traveling between family member in Texas and Arizona and this is the first time I had a change to try your custom color. I was extremely disappointed in the results. BEST HAIR DYE EVER!!!!Your hair dye is incredible, usually after a week or two my gray hair is back in the roots and hairline and the color looks drab. Not yours, the color is still vibrant and I still don't see the gray sneaking back in just the best hair dye on earth bar none. Even in salons where I went to have my hair done professionally and even they can't come close to the quality of your product.
