Colour is bang on!I was very concerned with colouring my own hair. I'm a natural dark brunette and it has taken me 6 months at a salon to get the light colour of copper I am now. I just can't afford to keep going to the salon...When I found eSalon I was excited but also scared as I didn't want to mess up a good thing. I filled in my profile with A LOT of details, and I also attached photos of myself with my hair colour. My order came in, I obsessed over watching their tips videos, and then I went for it. Besides having a few small spots of my roots I missed ( hey no ones perfect) the colour is BANG ON! Exactly the colour I asked for, and my hair is very shiny. The step by steps are very helpful and the shampoo smells great after. Not enough productThey sent me a small bottle which is not enough for my long hair. They asked how long and how thick my hair was before I ordered and yet they still sent a tiny bottle. The color didn't work outWhile I liked the kit in general, the color didn't turn as I hoped. The instructions were easy to follow and the box was packaged nicely. I appreciate that you sent 2 sets of gloves and they were good quality. The color came out more copper than I would have liked but overall it is even through out and it did cover my gray. Day 2 eval - First Time UserSo far so good. Perfect color and it's true from roots to ends. First impression is this is not another "box color" product. The easy to use kit includes clear instructions, and all the "extras" you get at a salon at a fraction of the price.
