Product is top quality and great colorI have been searching for a good home hair color to save money from going to the salon. I think Allure Magazine endorsed this product. I have been using it for the last 6 months to cover my gray hair which is 50%! One of your colorists helped me find the perfect formula. The product is delivered monthly. Custom Hair ColorThis custom hair color is awesome, far beyond my expectations. The instructions were easy as 1, 2, 3. I was concerned about the amount of gray hair I had, but it disappeared and every strand was evenly colored. The color matching was exactly what I requested. My regular hairstylist was impressed and thought I had my hair professionally colored. my esalon experienceMy hair color has never looked better. My hair is soft and shinny. And its easy and fun to do. It never feels dry or straw like which can happen with store bought hair color kits. I'm impressed and that's not easy to do. I'll be a returning client for as long as need be. And they always keep you updated and you always know when your new color kit is arriving. DisappointedI was looking forward to using my 2nd order of colour, especially as the 1st experience with colour from eSalon was amazing. I had requested a change to the colour which was done for me. I received 2 colour bottles, 1 for my roots and one for the lengths of my hair. Followed the instructions which are clear and easy to follow.
