Custom Color SetI absolutely love this color (dark brown (red))!! I get complments every time I go anywhere - that NEVER happens 😊 I was worried that this color would be too dark for me, as I'm very fair skinned, but I really like it. I've finally found the color for me. I've also used the root touch-up, it works very well. The universal leave-in conditioner, the volumizing shampoo and conditioner. as well as the color treated shampoo and conditioner, are fantadtic! They leave your hair silky smooth. GREAT GREAT GREAT !!!I WAS NOT THRILLED WITH MY FIRST COLOR. I SENT AN EMAIL EXPLAINING WHAT I WANTED MORE OF. (IT WAS A CRAZY WEEK THAT WEEK SO I COULD NOT CALL) WELL MS JENNIFER LISTENED TO ALL THAT I SAID AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN AND THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED. I AM THRILLED TOTALLY.. THUMBS UP!!!!.. See the results at my Instagram @Nennyg2015Pros: * the survey questions at the website are very especific, so they get a better understanding of your hair without actually having to go there. * Their detailed instructions are so helpful. * There were two bottles, one for the roots and another one for the ends. * I like it when I'm giving detailed information, and this kit explained the percentage of brown, violet and gold tint on each bottle. Cons: * although the first kit was only $10 + shipping, the second kit is $20 + shipping and it's only for the roots. * There were too much left overs from the roots bottle, and the instructions clearly explained that applying it to the ends would left your hair with darker results ... :/ ... I hate wasting anything. * I wish the gloves were longer, although I always get my hand stained, I hate having stains in my forearms. Anybody Home?Very disappointed in product considering price point. Sent a good photo of light blonde lavender color. Tried to match up color as best as possible. Product turned my hair burgundy, only washed twice a week and color last was very poor, leaving me with a dark brassy blonde. Sent a letter to get help along with photos to no response but happy to send me that color again for $28, would rather invest in a salon. Customer service is a high priority to me, if you can’t do that what’s the point of investing in your product. Color was great, ammonia smell was strongThe color my stylist created was perfect for a first attempt! Loved the color. The gray coverage seemed good as well. Why?Though I love the custom color, my hair came out so dry and gummy. I was so excited to try this and I was already planning my next order. Although the color was amazing I'm not sure I will risk my hair again. UPDATE*** Thank you so much Sarah!! The trick worked wonders! My advice is women do not assume you know how to dye your hair!!
