TerribleHi guys, been using you for years. I emailed to adjust my colour to a dark brown with a hint of red. I even wrote back to confirm and i just did my hair, and it is florescent red. No joke, I look like halloween bad hair dye from an 80's movie! I am horribly disappointed but I also need this fixed. I cannot go to work with florescent hair. Love this hair color!I have been coloring my hair for 30+ years, both at home and at salons. This is definitely the most natural looking color I have every had! Way too darkThe product was way too dark and has ruined my hair. I got medium brown which is what I get in typical box dyes and it went so dark I am not sure how I will get it back to normal.
