Disappointed.I really wanted to like this idea, but after my third use of the dye on my roots, I’m very disappointed. The dye leaves a heavy waxy residue on my hair, I had to wash it six times as my hair is very thick. I had to concentrate on small pieces and really scrub it to get it out and I felt like it was taking the dye out of my hair. Perfect color adjustment!!You nailed it!! I was hoping for a lighter color without damaging my hair. I've updated my photo so you can see that it's closer to a strawberry copper color and I know as it grows out it will be perfect with my red pale skin. Thank you thank you thank you!! Never DisappointsI've been customer for about five years and I have never been disappointed with the results. I foolishly asked my in-person stylist to help me go from dark blonde to a bright, coppery red. Well, I ended up with a flat, reddish brown and not at all what I was hoping for. My e-salon colorist saved the day and adjusted to my formula to help me get exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy with my new color! customer serviceI have been trying for a long time to get some attention and help with my account. I am in need of putting my auto shipments on hold. I currently have 6 or 7 sets of color.
