They listened to my needsThis was my 3rd order and it needed some adjustment so I added notes and updated pictures. They saw what I needed and made the adjustment and gave me an additional product to try for free instead of charging me for two bottles like I asked. And it worked excellent. Quality makes the difference!I had been using the drugstore version of hair color for a while, but found it faded and my hair was blah and dried out. Went back to E-Salon and my color is still vibrant and my hair is soft and manageable.
