On the way to perfectionGreat color, but changing formula to correct wash out brassiness, left my color too warm at application. So I am happily returning to my initial color formula, but changing from demi permanent to permanent. Color consultants have been very responsive. Product is so gentle on my hair. Ordered last yearI finally used the first kit last night! (skeptical much? lol) And it worked PERFECTLY!! My head was covered with silver/grey all over but I see none and made my hair very silky and smoothe! I am mixed race so my hair is bit stubborn so I am amazed with this product. Great mix of color.
