Custome hair colorI am soooo glad I found this web site. I was spending 120.00 on my hair but wasnt happy with the color. The hairdresser would not listen to what I wanted in my hair color and I was very frustrated with her but didnt want to go to another one, figured it would be the same. Then I saw esalone on pintrest. I read all the reviews and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. They comunicate with me all the time. I am never on my own, they are always there to help me. Really wanted to continue my subscription but...I went to the ESalon in Los Angeles and loved getting my color done with the colorist. She was great, the color was great although my hair felt a little heavy afterwards, and I loved getting the kits sent to me. I got my first kit at home and meticulously followed the directions. I don’t know if it is because I live in a city with extremely hard water or what but the color turned into a waxy, sticky mess in my hair that would not go away after several shampoos. I could not brush my hair or even dry it properly. I reached far back into my brain to think about what could restore my hair - chemistry courses!! Oil binds with oil so I massaged my hair in olive oil for 10 to 15 minutes. It was a messy process too but it enabled me to finally wash the waxy sticky residue out of my hair. I thought this might have been an anomaly so I tried again 4 weeks later and the same thing happened. 1st Time , nope 2nd times a charm!!When I dye my hair when it's first done usually the first Month it has a very pretty shine and vibrant color to it. The color I was sent was very dull and did not feel good about it like I normally would when u first get ur hair done and u have a nice new color. And want to show it off.,,, But I just told one of the colorist my problem and they changed my color so the second time I dyed it I was happy with the results a nice pretty color that I was originally looking for I still feel like I might need a conditioning treatment of some kind to get some shine back in my hair but overall I'm happy. 156 de 165 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
