Sehr, sehr enttäuschend!Habe für knapp 50€ ein Starterset bestellt. Die Haarfarbe sollte schwarz sein. Ich färbe meine hellbraunen Haare seit Jahren schwarz. Überwiegend mit Haarfarbe aus der Drogerie. Heute habe ich die Produkte von ESalon angewendet. Mein raus gewachsener Haaransatz sieht aus wie vor dem Färben nur hat er jetzt einen Rotstich. Bad gray CoverageI didn’t like anything about the color kit. First of all, I was told that a colorist would call me to discuss my color. I was excited about this and instead I just got an email saying that it has shipped. Next, I requested a vivid red with cool tones that would cover my gray. Instead, I got a very drab orange-red that did not cover my grays at all. In fact, my roots ended up kind of yellowish. They definitely don’t blend into the color, they stand out like I still have roots, just a different shade. Also, as soon as I started putting the color on. It stung my eyes and made them water. Awful!My introductory color order was amazing. This second order? Horrible. Not only was the color darker but, despite knowing I have thick long hair, sent me one bottle of color.
