Not a pleasant experienceI enjoyed opening my personalised packaging, but the product left my hair in different colour than expected and it was extremely difficult to wash it off. Got red!I have never had red hair and esalon did it with one try. Love the color but with as blonde as I was I will need to do darker next time to cover the blonde tint. Other then that it was easy to use and fun to do. And the color is awesome. Would refer anyone to esalons.
