Didn't get my color rightI asked for a blue black. I got pure black. Whatever. I can get it reformulated. So I ask for a blue black AGAIN. I again get shipped a pure black. Now I'll have to bleach my hair to get the color I want! I just wanted a gorgeous blue black. Not pure black with no hints of blue. ANGRYI am beyond disappointed and angry with this product . I used it for the first time yesterday and my hair, which is long, is now ruined . It has this film on it that won’t rinse out . I have no idea how to correct this problem or how expensive it will be to fix my hair. I've been coloring my hair for years and have NEVER had this happens... my hair is ruined!!! I even used baking soda in the hopes that it would remove the film on my hair, which feels like a wig now or doll hair and it didn't work. I have no idea how long I have to go around with my hair looking disgusting.... I'm so upset right now, but had to suck it up for work. Amazingly easy with fantastic coverage!I usually color my hair myself and was looking for a better choice that was kinder to my hair. Recently used a “med brown” that came out darker than I wanted. I colored the whole head instead of just roots and paid the price it seems. I went with a medium golden brown from eSalon and the roots covered so well! The rinse process at the end, while not changing the darker color, did add some warmth it was missing and I’m confident that over time it will gradually be more of what I need (one can only do so much with a previous color that was called Cappuccino but looks more like Burnt Coffee).
