ColourI’ve spent a Feeney months recovering from surgery so I didn’t get to actually use the hair colour for the first time till yesterday. That’s also why I slowed down my order deliveries for now. Anyway, I did use it for the first time yesterday and am very happy with the colour. I love how silky my hair feels. The stain guard is great. The stain remover did not work for me but a friend suggested rubbing the stain with half a lemon and that did the trick. Color of PerfectionWow. After being a (happy) eSalon customer for a while, I began feeling my color wasn't quite right. This adjustment eSalon made is *brilliant.* It's incredibly natural and just what I was after. UPDATE: I went elsewhere once. Boy was that a mistake. Glad to be back to eSalon. Not impressedI applied my haircolor step by step as directed. I even called to make sure about my application before I started. It took much longer than my normal color. I might as well have bought my usual drugstore color. I was expecting a wow change. It looks no different than it did before I colored. Dark brown. No red to it. Buy it again? i am unable to contact this company to cancel this product or stop paymentsI had a very serious allergic reaction to this product which landed me in hospital and large areas of my hair have fallen out. The staff said the nasty greasy residue was the worst they had ever seen and had to cut my hair to get most of it off. I am unable to contact this company to stop my payments because they have NO contact details of any kind of their site so unless they want to hear from solicitors I suggest they get in touch by email asap.
