Doesn't seem better than my store bought kitThe product is okay, but doesn't seem better than a box kit from the store. The thing I do like is that it is a color created for me, so it is a better match with my skin tones. My hair grows fast and shows my grey after one week or a little more. Respuesta de nuestros expertosTwila- Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that your color is not lasting as long as you have expected. Hair grows at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month, so it is normal to see regrowth (you have just been doing root touch-ups) at the 2 week mark post-coloring. Adjusting for better gray coverage on the hair that you have colored equates to making the color darker. Please keep an eye on your email. Does not cover graysI wrote in my description that I wanted this product to cover my gray hair and I did receive an email from the company saying that it would. Really messed my hair up!I followed in the instructions to a T. When I got out of the shower, my hair was a huge matted mess and it felt like it had a thick layer of goo on it. I got back in the shower and shampooed it two more times and did a deep conditioner. It feels slightly better now, but I think it fried my hair! I also ordered ash blonde and it’s not ash. Fantastic ColourI absolute love this colour, I have strong silvery grey hair, its covers every single hair, Its exactly mix to my natural colour.My hair shines and is soft.
