Beautiful natural highlights!I absolutely love this product! It allows natural highlights and also rich beautiful color. My hairstylist which only cuts my hair said that next time they could do my highlights! This product is better than getting highlights and low lights which I used to spend a fortune on and this comes out better using my custom eSalon! Covers my gray beautifully. i love my hair!!I do not write reviews ever, but I have never been so happy with hair. Whenever I go to the salon, I am always walking out thinking, "it will fade," or "oh well, maybe next time." My poor husband is going to be hearing about my hair for weeks now, because I'm obsessed! Thank you! Genevieve is on point👌I did my first color almost 6 weeks ago, she made the formula exactly what I wanted, I wish she was here in Rocklin California, I'd give her a hug annndddd have her do my hair, of course!!! E Salon is 20 steps in the right direction! No box color easy to use and they even check on you...... what hairstylist does this? Wow!I kept seeing ads for this and being skeptical ,but man!, i ordered my hair dye 2 days ago and it came today! The packaging was neat and the instructions were helpful. I guess since my husband's name is on the card I used it automatically auto filled his name in because the bottles said Matthew's color lol! But i think i have that fixed now. My hair is soft and the color is absolutely beautiful! I also bought some of the red color tint shampoo stuff and it is so cool! What a surprise!!!So I sent in my picture (terrible picture with my hair up) wanting a medium blonde to lighten my hair. I’m naturally a dark blonde/light brown. Bradley contacted me by email and stated that based on the picture, my hair color wouldn’t go well to medium blonde. So I agreed to do one color less than what he believed was my natural color. Mind you, I should have sent a better photo that really showed my hair color. Any ways, I get my package and see it says “medium brown”. I was a bit upset as it wasn’t close to what I wanted. I set the box aside for 3 days while deciding what to do. So today I said “whatever” and decided to go for it - it’s only fair, right??? Well let me tell you, aside from the strong smell (be in a well ventilated room), it was super easy to apply. It did not burn or sting at all, which was nice. And the sticker to hang up your directions was awesome!!! After following all the steps, washing my hair, then drying it, I was shocked. I absolutely LOVE the color!!! I like the depth and richness of the color! I will absolutely continue to use this brand and the color to maintain this new hair color! Take me off your mailing list!I never want to see an e-mail from eSalon again. You sent product without an order. You made unauthorized charges to my visa and I was charged for shipping to return product and was not credited shipping on your end costing me $12 and the hassle of driving to the post office. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
