Very sad.I was very excited for my kit to come in the mail. Followed the instructions to a T, and there is barely any change in color. Hair is soft from shampoo and conditioner though. Terrible colorI loved this company at first. I was so excited to have a custom hair color delivered to my door for a reasonable price. The process was easy with no trip to the salon necessary. With that being said the products are not consistent. The first few colors were spot on then they kept going down hill. Each time I thought it next time will be right after the third time of a completely wrong color I canceled my subscription.
