Totally AmazedI thought I would try this novel way to get custom color. Guess what? I LOVE it. The items are very well packaged and I love the fact that the instructions, etc., are customized with my name! How cool is that. The color takes great. I have been coloring my hair for many years myself so am especially impressed at this system. I get professional results at home. And the support is fantastic. Great colorLove my color and it lasts longer..... but really I don't color my hair often. Maybe twice a year lol It's great tho if you color often, have a thick head of hair or love to change your color often. :) Go for it!! The peep show grayNot only was my hair extremely crunchy after I dyed it (needed much more conditioner than was given), I could still see my grays peeking through). Overall Results Are Great.I Was Unaware Of The Ammonia In The Hair Color.. Kinda Of Made My Mom Sick.. It Was Hard To Follow The Instructions Yet I Did Use The Shampoo And Conditioner Part..
