Not the color I wantedI'm really frustrated because I thought I was getting a personalized hair color, but instead, it turned out to be just a generic red color you can buy at any store. I specifically chose a copper brown color to complement my hair, but it ended up turning my hair red. What's worse is that it didn't have any effect on my roots – they turned almost black, which is not what I wanted at all. Absolutely perfect!I love the color, it's exactly what I wanted! Even the first week or so when the new color is always particularly strong, it was beautiful and didn't look artificial at all. Too dark and communication with them is difficult.First of all I hated my color when I did it. My hair was a dark brown and I have never had brown hair. My hair is a med auburn. Typically I use Revlon colorstay med auburn and it is perfect every time; however, in two weeks it fades terrible. By week three my roots are showing so I redo it again. The reason I tried this is to see if I could find a color that doesn’t fade so quick. After many washes and adding light auburn to my color the same day I did it, I ended up with the perfect color and it is definitely a longer lasting color but I can’t get my shade adjusted because it won’t let me do it and I can’t get hold of anyone who will listen. My hair colour stayed the sameThe packaging, instruction and delivery time were great.
