More than what I expected!I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Not only is the color exactly what you order but ...it covers the grey amazing, it's delivered to your door, it's personalized directly to you, they send you multiple pairs of gloves, and to top it off they have a "beautiful, cute, funny" poem on the inside cover of the box!!! Love it!Last summer I did a drastic change to my color. I have colored it since with drugstore color. I did not want it as light so went with a darker color. I had stripes of color in my hair. One light, one the new color and then my regrowth. This color allowed me to get rid of the stripes with a color that I can't find in the stores. Color was Spot On!Had a great first eSalon experience today with Mindy at the El Segundo salon. I loved the color she mixed for me...showed me how to section and do at home myself next time. Also did the Bayalage highlights which were subtle and added a very “sunkissed” natural dimension to the overall color! Very happy with the results and how easy, comfortable and affordable the whole process is going to be by doing this myself. Perfectly MatchedI've been getting my hair colored professionally for many years. I've decided to take a chance and try it myself again as I did when I was younger. I felt comfortable doing the process as my mother was a hair stylist and she taught me how to do root touch up's and color hair. I took the leap with trying eSalon color because I kept seeing ads and finally read good reviews, not on this site, but other sites about home hair coloring. After going through the color choices I picked one that ended up being EXACTLY what I was looking for. It is the right amount of medium brown and covered very evenly on my head. My gray hair is very resistant to coloring but eSalon color covered my gray hair with a nice golden color that makes the gray hair appear like highlights. There was also a generous amount of product to use, enough that it would cover someone who has long hair.
