I am thrilled with eSalonI thought I'd written a review ages ago, but now I see it isn't there. Just want to say that I am delighted. Not only is the color great, but it is gentle. Usually I have an itchy head the night of coloring - not with this! Secondly, the customer service is amazing. And the flexibility is brilliant. Not only did I get an adjustment that was totally PERFECT - but - even more amazingly: I was in the UK when my order was due, and they sent it to me in the UK! EXCELLENT COLOR AND SHININGI pay big bucks at the salon to do my hair and I was scared to do it myself. I love the color and how shiny the hair is. Beautiful color. I still have to learn how to cover the sides where it is gray, I tuck behind my ears and I was afraid to use too much and have stain on my face. It did not have a strong smell. Very easy to use. Just what I wantedI sent my “hair specialist” a message regarding what I wanted for my next order. She responded promptly and gave me some great advice. Difficulties for Disabled!!!!!When ordering for the first time I was unaware of what would be required as regards to doing the ROOT COLOURING BEFORE THE REST OF THE HAIR to match up the colour. Having the disability I have, unfortunately I am NOT able to do this.
