EXCELLENTEasy to apply even coverage, covers greys, long lasting. Many compliments, received on my hair colour. It looks natural and I am so very pleased I gave this product a go. I did have to tweak the colour, second time around as it was too warm a tone but this has been done and is now just right for me. Instructions are brilliant and the guidance and product gives you the ability to benefit from a more professional finish. Nice colorThe reason I gave a rating of 3 is because the color only lasts 3 to 4 weeks. I was hoping for at least six weeks. Doesn't cover gray 100 percent. Positives are good customer service and everything needed is in the box. It is pricey because you have to add shipping cost. Didn't cover grayI love the color but it didn't cover my gray hair this time. I did everything the same. Mix together applied for 30 minutes. Rinsed used your shampoo and conditioner. Brilliant will always use!I am in my 30s never coloured my hair before, had lots of greys coming through, was very nervous about dying my hair as I love my natural colour, I sent a picture and explanation about my natural colour- the colourist got it spot on - everyone has commented how it looks like my natural hair colour! And covered all my greys! The instructions were easy to follow, all the kit included was great! I will always use this to colour my hair- amazing results - hair felt glossy after the treatment and following hair washes as well! Le kit de coloration complet et parfait !!Première commande pour ma part d'un kit de coloration. j'ai trouvé la commande facile mais surtout la couleur vraiment personnalisée à mes cheveux. A réception, j'ai trouvé le kit vraiment complet (jusqu'à la crème pour éviter de mettre de la couleur partout !!!). Le kit est vraiment facile d'utilisation. J'ai juste utilisé le flacon sans pinceau ni coupelle et le résultat est vraiment bien. De plus, la couleur étant sur mesure, j'ai pu adapté la couleur de mon prochain kit. Customized perfectionWhat a great way to get a professional color for such little cost. My e-salon consultant was helpful, and responsive when I had questions. Great home kitI loved that the products were personalised with my name on them. The instructions were easy to follow and I loved the little sticker that held them on the wall. The kit was really good, with 2 pairs of gloves and I needed and used both pairs. The colour was really lovely and I am pleased with the results.
