SoftMy hair is so soft after coloring. It definitely covered my grays. I am curious to see how long that lasts. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the light brown is SO much darker than I thought it would be. I should have asked for the lightest I can go. But I do love the coverage and it has a pleasant smell. I did not use the shampoo and conditioner that came with it only because I really like my own brand so that is my reason for not commenting on that. No changeIf you have dark hair like me (very dark brown, seems black), I do not recommend. I wasted time and money. My hair colour did not change at all. I love eSalons services!I love this company. As a redhead my color makes up so much of who I am. As I have gotten a little older it has become a bit more blonde. This service allows me to regain some of my youthful brightness. The products are so gentle and I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all. Fabulous color!This product is amazing. The color is perfect for me. I liked the personal touch of having my name on my products. I will be using these products again because the quality of the color was so much better than what I had used before. Schlechter ServiceIrreführung bei der Bestellung, Ich ging davon aus, dass ich eine Probepackung erhalte und nicht automatisch ein Abo abschliesse. Der Kundenservice ist leider gar nicht kulant.
