Love my color!!!So I was nervous about doing this. I actually let my husband pick the color he wanted to see on me. I was nervous because it had the word copper in it. But what came out was a soft beautiful brown with shimmery copper highlights that perfectly complement it. Great for matching my roots to the blond highlights.I have an even all over coverage you can’t tell that it was previously highlighted. My roots were about 3 inches. The only problem I had was this color was just to dark. I thought it would be more of a medium type brown but it is a darker brown. I did call and they added a credit to my account and she gave me some tips on getting it to lighten up some so that I can dye it a lighter brown. The customer service is amazing. It was super easy to dye my hair myself took less than an hour total including processing time. Too brassyI’m not impressed with my hair. My roots are brassy and don’t match my blonde highlights. I followed your step by step guide, but still it is orange and not blonde.
