Not fully covering my gray white hairUpdate: After a day of coloring my hair (8/12/24) the color was totally washed out and I felt I have more gray hair. I wished I can send you an updated pic and vid of my hair to correct the color before sending to me again. I followed all instructions including time but still not covered with the color I received. Felt it just wash the color away when I washed my hair. Tried for the 2nd time and still the same. After the 2nd order, I stopped already.
