I love my new hair colourThe process was easy and very satisfying from the very start. After filling-in the short questionnaire about the current status of my hair, my natural colour and the one I'd like to have, and uploading a photo of myself, I was contacted by my personal colourist Paul with a few questions to make sure everything is right. My package arrived in just a few days. The application was explained in detail and super-easy, and I loved the result. Even though the shade was a bit darker than expected (probably because I had gotten used to all the grey which made it look lighter) it was 100% me from the very start. Wow! It did what it said it would!Coloring my hair was so easy with the special instructions eSalon gives you. It smelled great and didn't take long to process. On my next Custom Color Set I think that I'll go a little lighter brown with golden mahogony!! Thank you Crystiella!! Couleur au topTrès contente de la couleur, j'ai les cheveux longs et j'ai eu largement de produit pour l'application!
