ParfaitUne super coloration. La couvrante des cheveux blancs est parfaite. La teinte est très bien peut être un ajustement à faire mais pour l instant je l adore. Customer service shipped out a week late then blamed on meI knew I was going to have a tight timeline so I planned to have a shipment a month in advance. My custom color was shipped out on August 28th when I scheduled it for August 21st. Even with the 1-3 day processing time this was by all means late. I was berrated and argued with by an unempathetic customer agent. I’m doing a cross country move and now am going to be 4 weeks past due by fault of esalons logistics. Perfect!Now that I’ve colored my hair a few times I’m ready to review. I’ve never had a color be so close to my own hair color that you can’t see the grow out!
