Didn't Cover Gray(white) roots at allI followed your insructions to the letter and applied extra product around my face and in part line, but the roots have very little color and after the second wash its almost as if I didn't color roots. No information provided on maximum coloring time -- is 30 minutes the actual maximum? Could I have left it on 45 minutes? Color waaaayyyy too darkEasy to apply and beautiful packaging, but the color is way too dark. Much darker than pictured or expected. Custom colourIt was easy to apply... The colour covered all my grey regrowth which has been usually stubborn to cover and it didnt cover my roots lighter..usually with store bought colour my roots would always be lighter than the actual colour but with this esalon this was not an issue...and....it lasts longer and my hair isn't as dry... 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Perfect colourHi , this is my first time using the product, I can honestly say i love it ! The colour is just perfect for me , your one to one service is brilliant, , I am more then happy with the results . It covers grey , and the shine looks amazing , no more every four weeks to the salon for me . Ich habe nur einmal bestellt. Jetzt wird ein Dauerauftrag abgebucht .Für mich war das eine einmalige Erstbestellung, ich wollte keinen Dauerauftrag!!! Ich habe auch heute die Farbe erst getestet. Die Farbe ist knallrot, vor allem am Ansatz. Ich fühle mich betrogen und möchte auch keine Farbe der Firma E-Salon mehr erhalten, wenn die mit sochen Mitteln arbeiten. Wrong Color after applicationOn my photos I posted the picture of how my hair color came up. The roots are blonde and the rest of the hair is brown.
