Very harsh, too dark, pulled redThe good news is the color is beautiful and rich, but way too dark. I specifically asked for an Ash color, and I was sent light brown with a red neutralizer. I tested first, and it seemed fine. Followed instructions to a "T" and it was a very messy process. The smell was HORRIFIC, like ammonia I think but I have a bad sense of smell and yet it overpowered me. My hair came out WAY TOO DARK and RED AS ALL GET OUT, and very very dry. My scalp itched for days after I used it. I am very disappointed and now have to pay for a color correction at the salon because I want to avoid more dry damage if I use a lift to pull the color. I'll stick with Sally Beauty and mixing my own, or out of the box works fine for me. Best ever.Color was so right . For me. And Anna matched me just right. I pull reds . And I love this color just the right amount of the copper touch I love it.
