Best Hair Color & Outstanding Customer Service!!I love this hair color! It is great you have control of the color every order by simply going online and adjusting your color and you have customer service to message if you have questions or need advice. This is my 6th order and I am so glad I switched to eSalon for coloring instead of drug store brands for $7.00 that killed my hair. I also lost my job recently and eSalon helped me get my color so I could look my best on my interviews to find a new job!!! Meh...It was ok. I told the stylist that I did not want a coppery blonde color. I told her I was afraid of my hair turnung brassy. I even told her if she thought any of those things would happen that I would prefer to go darker instead. She assured me it wouldn't, but it did. My hair was a copper blonde. I even spend the extra money on the neutralizing treatment . It was fine. It covered up most of the grey starting to peek through and had I had a different color my experience might have been better. It was easy enough to do myself but I will not be ordering again.
