If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. This is my first time to color my own hair!This is my first time to color my own hair at home. Honestly, it wasn't easy nor hard. It took a lot of time though. Unfortunately, I didn't get the result I wanted. My hair has the same color as before. For my second shipment, I requested a lighter color this time and hopefully, it will work out the second time around. Oh, by the way, I love the free shampoo and conditioner. Color is consistant.In the past, I've ended up with either too light, or too dark...maybe the store was out of my color, but I like the consistency I get with eSalon. My thick coarse hair hasn't turned brassy orange even with the beating of summer swimming, tho I take procautions to protect it. Love my subscriptionI really love the product. One thing I did with my first order was do two add ons- one a tint rinse and a deep conditioning treatment. The tint really helps! Amazing!!!I finally had time to dye my hair last night and I'm in love!!!! I can not explain how much I love my hair color right now!!!
