Exceeded ExpectationsI was slightly hesitant because what appears on a screen isn’t always what matches in real life. After contacting the color specialist and describing what I want, they sent the perfect color. It was easy to apply and weeks later the color still looks great. Custom Colour SetI have been using your product for a good few months now and yes I love it, but I have found that your formula changes quite often. initially, the product would give me a good 10 days coverage on my stubborn temple greys, lately, only the temple greys are visible after the first wash! During the colour process, the product used to make my hair feel almost elastic, so I KNEW it was working, but it no longer feels like that? Don't do it! They refused to follow thru with guarantee.The color did absolutely nothing to my hair. I may as well have colored it with Suave shampoo and a 🍋 lemon. Better than drug store haircolorDefinitely better than drugstore haircolor but could use some improvements. Still not perfect at covering resistant greys. Very drying if you are already struggling with dry, porous hair. Weekly toner treatments are still required to keep it from turning brassy after 3rd week. Also, gloves are too tight. Omg my hair didn’t turn orangeI had dark roots and the rest of my hair was very light blonde. I ordered medium blonde and I was shocked at how well it blended with my roots and the rest of my hair. My roots now blend with the rest of my hair and it still looks like I have blonde hair just not as light and looks like I still have highlights. I have orange tones to my hair and anytime i dye it if it isn’t brown than it always has a orange undertone and this time it didn’t. It was also easy to read and understand and apply the color. I also bought the toner to make sure my hair didn’t have the orange tint. After coloring my hair I used the shampoo and conditioner and it came out shiny and soft.
