Custom color set reviewI loved working with E-Salon! It was a lot of fun sending in the assessment to find the right color for me and getting the kit in the mail. The kit is put together really well; organized and very user friendly and the color turned out perfectly- just what I wanted. The Absolute Worst....Stay AwayMade an appointment, which was cancelled by the Hollywood store at the very last minute. The worst customer service, snotty, condescending, rude, and incompetent. Claimed their color mixing machine was broken. How laughable. Isn’t eSalon in the color business? Absolutely useless. Frustrated!I dont know why, but my hair color is so hard to rinse out. I spend 30 minutes in a warm shower than another 15 stucking my head under the faucet because the water is cold. I scrub and scrub with my hands and go through so much shampoo. I'm so frustrated! I used this a few years ago and had the same thing happen. I gave it one more shot hoping it was different, but darn it, it's the same thing.
