Turned out well!The color was great! So glad the colorist recommended a lighter color! I wish there was a third set of gloves included for the three steps. My hands got so stained! Horrible .. EDIT 10/17: Will give it one more tryAbsolutely did not like the formula or the color it gave me. No purple shows up, it turned my hair almost black! I cancelled my membership but I was charged for and sent 2 more packages. A complete waste Edit 10/17/19: Desiree from esalon reached out to me after receiving this review. She was very polite, offered solutions, and helped me feel better about my experience. I will try out a new color. This is so easyI am loving this product. It's easy to apply, and easy to follow the directions. The color is what I want every time. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner with my first order. I love them both. My hair looks so smooth, and soft as it dries. Thank you for making my hair care so easy, and me feeling beautiful.
