So close!This was my first colour and I had a overall good experience. My rating would be closer to a 4.5 but that's not an option =p. The reason I am not giving it a five because it wasn't exactly the colour I was looking for but I'm confident my next order will be. I would have liked just a touch more copper to my dye. Other than that, the coverage was great, the shade value was almost the same as my natural shade value and the tone was just enough to give it that natural red I am looking for. Next time I'd like a bit more golden and a bit more copper. The conditioner left my hair feeling soft and silky afterwards so I didn't have that just dyed feel. Not really worth the moneyLast time I ordered my color it took over a week to get it. The color itself was good. What it boils down to is that it cost me over $30 (with shipping), for a color that I didn't even get for over a week. Not so happySo again my custom color is way darker towards brown than I expected. I really hate it. This makes my hair feel weird and it seems hard to rinse out. Tolle HaarfarbeDie Farbe deckt zu 100% meine grauen Haare ab, ich habe mir sonst Haarfarbe im Laden für Friseurbedarf gekauft aber die Farbe ist leider nicht so gut wie die von esalon, deshalb hab ich gewechselt und bin zu 100%zufrieden. Um die Lieferung brauch ich mir auch keine Sorgen machen, weil ich sie automatisch alle 4 Wochen zugeschickt bekomme. Bei dem Paket ist alles dabei, ich brauch kein extra Shampoo oder Conditioner, es ist alles dabei auch Handschuhe, Farbschutz und Cleaner, falls ich Farbe auf die haut bekomme, das find ich sehr gut und damit ist für mich auch der Preis gerechtfertigt.
